Who are we?

We were six strangers.

Six different souls, who arrived in London with a suitcase full of hopes and a shared dream: to build a future for ourselves.

We didn’t know each other — we came from different corners of the same land — but something, fate perhaps, decided to bring us together.

One ordinary day, we all found ourselves working in the same restaurant, serving dishes that didn’t speak our language but taught us to speak the language of dedication, sacrifice, and passion.

Day after day, through endless shifts and stolen meals at the end of the night, we became a family.

Different in character, taste, and story… yet united by a dream burning inside us: to return home and open something of our own, in our beloved and maddening homeland.

We worked hard. We dreamed. We waited.

And today, we can hardly believe it ourselves — we made it.

That’s how Taglieri e Bicchieri was born.

It’s not just a restaurant. It’s a homecoming, an embrace, a tribute to our childhood, to the aromas of our mothers’ kitchens, to the products of our land.
